Ordering Process
At Goher Exports (SMC-Private) Ltd., we make international sourcing simple, transparent, and efficient. Our streamlined order management process ensures timely communication, quality assurance, and reliable delivery from inquiry to final shipment.
Step 1 – Product Inquiry (RFQ)
Share your product requirements, specifications, target quantity, preferred packaging, destination country, and any customization needs with our sales team.
Step 2 – Quotation
We provide a detailed quotation including product specifications, MOQ, pricing (FOB/CIF/CFR as applicable), lead time, packaging options, and payment terms.
Step 3 – Sample Approval
Samples can be arranged upon request for quality evaluation and approval before bulk production.
Step 4 – Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation of specifications and commercial terms, a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued for buyer approval.
Step 5 – Advance Payment
Production is initiated after receipt of the agreed advance payment or as per mutually agreed payment terms.
Step 6 – Manufacturing & Quality Inspection
Products are manufactured, processed, and packed under strict quality control procedures. Regular production updates can be shared with buyers upon request.
Step 7 – Packaging & Export Documentation
Products are packed according to international shipping standards, and all required export documents are prepared for customs clearance and shipment.
Step 8 – Shipment
Orders are dispatched through reliable sea freight, air freight, or courier services in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
Step 9 – Delivery & Customer Support
Shipping documents are provided promptly, and our team remains available to assist with customs clearance, logistics coordination, and after-sales support.
